He continue said that " the relationship between Cambodia and Japan is a good relationship and Japan give many found to us like this year is 60th anniversary of our relationship between Japan Embassy with Cambodia.
On the Morning 21th Mar, 2013 Japan and Cambodia have sign both on the project found raising 3.123 million Yen 33,90 million Dollar to Cambodia for 3 project to development 3 sector for develop Cambodia.
Mr Kumamaru yujik said that, the three new plan can help on other sector to centralize as Power or Energy sector, Education, Healthy Care sector etc., that all these sector to consider as the first sector of Government of Cambodia.
He confirm that "Japan have a goal to support to RGC which try to follow their principle and strategy to develop of Cambodia royal Government.
These three plan include are:
1. Project to make a better about the hospital in Sihanouk Ville province than most spend value 1.321 million Yen or 12,33 million dollar.
2. Project to re-building a small water energy located in Ratanak Kiri, which value 1.206 million yen or 13,10 million dollar.
3. Project to make more better to all rooms at Institute of Technology of Cambodia (ITC) which has value 596 million yen or 6,47 million dollar.
