Phnom Penh: The cutting of the electricity everyday in Phnom Penh, Kandal and Kompong Spure was show by electricity Cambodia said the reason of the cutte off everyday because economic is grow up. this follow local news of EDC.
Mr Keo Rotanak has confirm that, as we show on the news since 20th November, 2012 and 12th Mar, 2013, economic of Cambodia was grow up very fast which made it difficult to reduce and make more electricity is lack to much.
He explain that, Electricity which Cambodia use in Phnom Penh, Kandal or Kompong Spure is get from EDC directly and some buy from Vietnam, but the demand of the powers increasing more than of EDC use to supply today.
But he said that, the cause of electricity to use will be better in the middle because EDC start new process that use coal mine at the first time at Sihanouk ville and plus with Electricity we have present and some new water power is working.
To resolved the problem in the present, EDC will be cutte down the turn off electricity from the people but try make more electricity through made more power from power dam at Phnom Kam Chay and Kiri Rom mountain from 6 o'clock to 11 o'clock. Anyway we still buy new power 14 Mega Vat more from Thailand.
